Starship Chaos

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 7, 2026

1. Overview

Starship Chaos is a mobile game published by BaronCore Technologies. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you play Starship Chaos or contact us for support. By using the game, you acknowledge this policy.

You can play Starship Chaos without creating an account. Whether you play as a guest or sign in, we handle your information as described below.

2. Guest Hanger

You may play Starship Chaos without creating an account. When you do, the game creates an anonymous, per-install Guest Hanger identity to hold your progress.

Guest Hanger data can include:

  • Credits, unlocked ships and maps, Wingman passes
  • Ad-reward state and daily reward limits
  • Subscription entitlement state
  • Preferences
  • An optional non-unique callsign used on leaderboards

Guest Hanger data is stored using BaronCore's backend services so the game can operate, but access to it depends on the guest identity kept on your device. If you delete the app, clear app data, or change devices before protecting your progress through sign-in, you may lose access to your Guest Hanger.

You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google at any time to merge eligible Guest Hanger progress into a registered Pilot account, which can then be accessed across devices and reinstalls.

The core game, guest purchases, and rewarded ads do not require account registration.

3. Registered Pilot Accounts

You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google through Supabase Authentication. Signing in helps preserve eligible progress across devices and reinstalls.

Registered account data may include:

  • The email address linked to your Apple or Google provider
  • Pilot username (used for leaderboards and private-board functionality)
  • Scores, game progress, unlocked ships and maps
  • Credits, Wingman passes, preferences
  • Purchase and subscription entitlement records
  • Private board data
  • Merged Guest Hanger data

4. Why Information Is Used

Information is used to:

  • Operate the game and store your Guest Hanger or Pilot account progress
  • Enable leaderboards and private-board features
  • Prevent fraud and duplicate reward or purchase fulfillment
  • Process in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Show optional rewarded ads and verify reward completion
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve game reliability and performance

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Both guests and registered users can make in-app purchases.

  • Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Unlimited Wingman is an annual auto-renewing subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • RevenueCat is used to manage purchase and subscription status.
  • The game stores transaction identifiers and fulfillment records to prevent duplicate rewards or duplicate credit grants.

Restore Purchases is available from the in-game Store screen. Store-account subscription restoration may be available on another device, but consumable credits and unmerged Guest Hanger progress may not be recoverable after local data loss.

Starship Chaos does not sell your personal data.

6. Rewarded Ads and Privacy Choices

Rewarded ads are entirely optional and are provided through Google AdMob. Rewards are granted only after a completed and server-verified ad view.

The game processes ad-reward verification data, daily reward-limit state, and any privacy or consent choices you make within the game.

You can review or change eligible ad privacy choices at any time by navigating to Settings → Ad Privacy Options.

Starship Chaos does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). AdMob may process information under its own privacy practices to provide and measure ads and to honor applicable consent choices.

Consent to personalized tracking is not required to play, make purchases, or receive ordinary game access.

7. Service Providers

We work with the following third-party providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

  • Supabase — authentication, backend storage, account and game data, and server-side operations. Privacy Policy
  • Apple and Google — optional sign-in providers. Apple Privacy Policy / Google Privacy Policy
  • Google AdMob — rewarded advertising, consent choices, and ad-reward verification. Privacy Policy
  • RevenueCat — in-app purchase and subscription management. Privacy Policy
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — payment processing and purchase fulfillment.

These providers operate independently and are responsible for their own data practices.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Registered Pilot accounts

You can permanently delete your registered Pilot account directly inside the game through Pilot → Delete Account. The game includes confirmation steps to prevent accidental deletion.

Deletion removes your account's personal and profile data and associated game data, including credits, unlocked inventory, scores, private boards, ad state, Wingman passes, subscription records, and any merged Guest Hanger data.

Deleting your game account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed and cancelled through your store account settings.

Minimal irreversible transaction fingerprints may be retained — without account or wallet linkage — solely to prevent duplicate purchase fulfillment and fraud. Certain records may also be retained where required by applicable law.

Guest Hanger data

Guest users can lose access to their Guest Hanger by clearing app data or deleting the app before protecting their progress through sign-in. There is no account-level deletion request process for guest data because guest identity is tied to the device.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the game, please contact us at support@baroncore.tech and we will take appropriate steps to address your concern.

10. International Users

Starship Chaos is operated from Canada. By using the game, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
